SOULWELL Journey Registration Information
The commitment to this journey is one of both time and finances. If you are ready to move forward in this unique experience, we encourage you to complete an application for the SOULWELL Journey and see what God has planned for you.

APPLY: To reserve your spot, payment needs to be made based on the payment option you select, which is managed through the payment portal.
PAYMENT OPTIONS:
1) Select Payment in Full - $1,200 - pay in full at registration, then complete registration form. *
2) Select 9 Monthly Payments of $150, then complete registration form.*
*Both options include a non-refundable registration fee of $150. *
3) Our goal is that cost is never a barrier. Financial assistance is available via application. Select the “Financial Assistance Request” option below and pay the $50 application fee, then complete the form as directed. We will review your request for assistance and communicate directly with you,
For all submissions, we will contact you within 7 business days to notify you of the status of your application, verify your selected payment option, and/or discuss your financial assistance request.
* Our journeys are designed to have a limited number of participants. We are committed to wait on what God shows us in creating a balance for each journey based on faith traditions, life experiences, personalities, ministry, and leadership roles. We reserve the right to accept, decline or delay admission based on our efforts to achieve this balance as we pray and discern God’s will for each unique group. We also reserve the right to assess each applicant's readiness for the SOULWELL Journey experience and to refuse admission based on our assessment.
CANCELLATION/DEFERRAL POLICY:
Cancellations may be made at a minimum of 60 days prior to the start of a Journey. A refund (less a $50 cancellation fee) will be given. You may also defer attendance up to 12 months to another Journey (with a $50 deferral fee). No refunds will be given for cancellations within 60 days of scheduled Journey beginning. Any amount paid and not used for a Journey can be treated as tax-deductible donation.

APPLICATION: To register for a SOULWELL event, complete the respective application and pay the fee based on the event you select. All payments are managed through the payment portal on the SOULWELL website.
COST: Registration varies based on event type, location and accommodations.
CANCELLATION/DEFFERAL POLICY: Our cancellation policy is designed in consideration of each applicant as well as the costs incurred by SOULWELL Ministries based on individual events. Any amount paid and not used for a SOULWELL event, will be treated as tax-deductible donation.
